Heavy rainfall warning hoisted over M. Manila, nearby areas

(Eagle News)–A heavy rainfall warning has been hoisted over Metro Manila and nearby areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said apart from Metro Manila, a yellow alert has been hoisted over Zambales, Bataan, and Cavite. TD “Salome” makes landfall over San Juan, Batangas; brings heavy rains in several areas, including M. Manila

(Eagle News) —  Tropical Depression “Salome” has made landfall over San Juan, Batangas, and is expected to bring heavy rains in Metro Manila up to past midnight. At least 4 dead, half a million affected by storm “Mario”
