DFA confirms 3 Filipina nurses in Saudi Arabia have Mers-Cov

Three Filipina nurses working in Saudi Arabia have tested positive for the deadly Middle East Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus or Mers-Cov, according to the Department of Foreign Affairs. Foreign Affairs spokesperson Charles Jose said the three female nurses, were exposed to patients with Mers-Cov in the course of their work. The Filipina nurse who was found to be positive for the dreaded Middle East Respiratory Syndrome –Coronavirus (Mers-COV) has now been cleared of the virus, according to the Department of Health.
