Si COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista ang dapat na magbayad para sa naunsyaming mall voting dahil siya lamang ang lumagda sa Memorandum of Agreement ukol sa pagboto sa mall, ito ang inihayag ni COMELEC Commissioner Rowena Guanzon. Ito ay sa kadahilanang may lumabas na report na naniningil ang Robinsons Land Corporation ng may isang milyong piso sa naging gastos nito sa pagboto sa mga mall.

Senate asks COMELEC to stop conducting elections in malls
MANILA, Philippines – The Senate Committee on Electoral Reforms asked the Commission on Elections to put a stop on its decision to conduct elections in malls. Majority of PWDs and senior citizens favor mall voting
In a recent survey, 60% or three out of five persons with disabilities and senior citizens are favorable with the idea of placing voting precincts in shopping malls.
