Si COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista ang dapat na magbayad para sa naunsyaming mall voting dahil siya lamang ang lumagda sa Memorandum of Agreement ukol sa pagboto sa mall, ito ang inihayag ni COMELEC Commissioner Rowena Guanzon. Ito ay sa kadahilanang may lumabas na report na naniningil ang Robinsons Land Corporation ng may isang milyong piso sa naging gastos nito sa pagboto sa mga mall.

QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections denied accusations that the Supreme Court En Banc did not approved mall voting. According to COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista, the COMELEC issued a resolution saying that the Supreme Court En Banc approved mall voting and the the COMELEC should conduct a public hearing.
