No more curfew hours in Metro Manila starting Nov. 4; longer mall hours start to take effect

(Eagle News) — For the first time since the pandemic began, the curfew in Metro Manila is lifted starting Thursday, Nov. 4. Mall hours should be adjusted to counter traffic

The Philippine Retailers Association asked mall owners to adjust their operating hours from 10: 00 AM – 9: 00 PM to 10: 00 AM – 11: 00 PM in order to aid in the resolution of the traffic problem in Metro Manila.
