(Eagle News)–A fire hit Glorietta 2 mall in Makati on Sunday, May 19. Fire authorities said the blaze hit a milk tea shop that was still under construction at 6:20 p.m. The fire was put out at 6:31 p.m. No one was reported injured.

P1.5 million worth of property damaged in Makati fire
(Eagle News) — Over one million pesos worth of property was damaged in a fire that hit a residential area in Makati on Monday night. Fire authorities said apart from the P1.5 million worth of property destroyed in the blaze in Barangay South Cembo, over 30 families were displaced. The cause of the fire, which took place four days after the start of the Fire Prevention Month, has yet to be determined.
