LTO starts releasing of new driver’s license cards
QUEZON City, Philippines, August 19 (Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has started releasing its new driver’s license card. According to LTO Spokesman Jason Salvador the new license cards are now available in the 18 LTO offices in the National Capital Region and will also be available in the Regional levels on Monday and all other offices nationwide on September 15, 2015. The Land Transportation Office continued the implementation of no plate, no travel policy but faced difficulty in enforcing the same due to local government units and Metro Manila Development Authority protesting refusing to take part in the implementation of said policy.
