(Eagle News)–The Light Rail Transit-1 Cavite extension project is expected to be partially operational by the end of 2021. The Department of Transportation said this was with its  right-of-way acquisition almost 100 percent complete, with the remaining obstructions now only consisting of one Maynilad pipe, telco and cable facilities of six companies, and various other ancillary facilities.
