MANILA, Philippines, April 20 (Eagle News) — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said that there is a small chance that a Filipino was caught in the mishap off the Libyan coast were a boat capsized, causing the death of hundreds. As tensions continue to rise in Libya, 164 more overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) were repatriated from the said country via Tunisia.
In Libya, four Filipino nurses were abducted by Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in the main hospital in Tripoli.
According to the Libyan government, Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) was the group behind the abduction of several foreigners in an oilfield in the said country, which includes four overseas Filipino workers.

Over 400 OFWs from Libya is due to arrive in the Philippines tonight. The repatriates where able to leave the troubled country thru a land route in Tunisia with the help of the Philippine embassy in Tripoli and a government rapid response team.
