(Eagle News)–Senator Cynthia Villar remains the richest lawmaker in the Upper House, based on her recently filed Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth. Villar’s  P3,534, 412,797 trumps the  P3,005, 808,000 of legendary boxer Senator Manny Pacquiao, who came in second place.  (Eagle News)—–The Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth of members of President Rodrigo Duterte’s Cabinet were bared on Friday, May 25, with Public Works Secretary Mark Villar topping the list. Villar said he had a net worth of P1.4 billion, more than the P1.3 million declared by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi who was in second place.
