Taxi groups raise petition for return of Php 40 flag-down rate
QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine National Taxi Operators Association will petition the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to return the taxi flag-down rate to PHP 40.00 due to the oil price hike.
