Taguig court orders Nicko Falcis arrested for access device fraud

(Eagle News) — A Taguig court has ordered the arrest of Nicko Falcis, a former business partner of actress Kris Aquino. The warrant issued by Judge Felix Reyes of Branch 70 of the Taguig Regional Trial Court was for violation of Section 9 of Republic Act No. 8484 or the Access Device Regulation Act of 1998.
