“Nanmadol” outside PAR intensifies into tropical storm, may enter PAR on Thursday or Friday

(Eagle News) — The tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility has intensified into a tropical storm. (Eagle News) –Dinalupihan and Balanga in Bataan were placed under a state of calamity as heavy monsoon rains continued to pound those areas on Sunday, July 22.
