(Eagle News) — The tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility has intensified into a tropical storm. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration,  “Nanmadol” may enter  PAR on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
