(Eagle News)– President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday (September 12) led the oath-taking ceremony of 43 new appointees, including the new chair of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA). Jose Jorge Corpuz is the new PCSO chairman. Corpuz served as the Director for Integrated Police Operations for Southern Luzon, and retired the post in 2015.
