Paul Hernandez, the fourth nominee of the party-list in the 2016 polls, replaced Rep. Ciriciaco Calalang, who died recently after suffering a stroke. Apart from Hernandez, Rep. Quoting the Binays’ spokesperson Joey Salgado, a report said Binay will go against Monsour del Rosario for the 1st district congressional seat.
