BALABAC, Palawan (Eagle News) — Ten people, including an 11-month-old baby, have died due to severe dehydration in Balabac town in Palawan, where a diarrhea outbreak has been declared. Measles outbreak declared in Zamboanga City

(Eagle News) — The local government of Zamboanga City has declared a measles outbreak after an increase in the number of people infected with the disease.
