Malacañang urges public to be alert, report suspicious activities

(Eagle News) — Malacañang urged the public on Sunday to remain alert and “immediately report to authorities any suspicious activity or movement.” The Palace issued the statement following the twin explosions that rocked Quiapo, Manila on Saturday.
