(Eagle News) — The Sandiganbayan has convicted former Isabela governor Grace Padaca of malversation and graft. Padaca was sentenced to 12 to 14 years in prison for malversation, and six to ten years in prison for graft. She was also ordered to pay the Isabela government P18 million.
