According to Atty. Lorna Kapunan, legal counsel of groups that filed charges against resigned Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino, said charges will push through even if Tolentino already resigned his position and has made a public apology. MMDA lauds Phil Arena traffic efforts

MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino lauded the supposed “organized” flow of traffic that engulfed a major section of the NLEX this morning during the Philippine Arena inauguration.
