JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia (October 2) – According to the Department of Foreign Affairs, a Filipina nurse working in a hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is the newest case of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus or MERS-COV. According to the Department of Health, eleven people who were in contact with the Filpina nurse who tested positive for MERS-COV, exhibited symptoms of the said virus.
