(Eagle News)—-Lawyer Ferdinand Topacio has filed a perjury complaint against Senator Koko Pimentel. The complaint filed before the Manila Prosecutors Office stemmed from the electoral sabotage case the senator filed against now Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and others in 2011.
