(Eagle News)-A 3.9-magnitude quake struck Batangas on Monday, Jan. 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 5:59 a.m., had its epicenter 6 kilometers northwest of Agoncillo. It had a depth of focus of 6 kilometers.
