(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Monday, Sept. 19. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:24 p.m. The epicenter was 57 kilometers northeast of Hinatuan. The depth of focus was 16 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Sultan Kudarat early Sunday, Sept. 18. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 4:39 a.m. The epicenter was 17 kilometers southwest of Kalamansig. The depth of focus was 13 kilometers. The following instrumental intensities were reported: Instrumental Intensities: Intensity II – T’Boli, South Cotabato Intensity I – Kiamba, Sarangani No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
