(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Wednesday, Aug. 21. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 133 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso at 8:02 a.m. Depth of focus was 138 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

JUST IN: 3.7-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental
(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Tuesday, July 30. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 187 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 8:20 a.m. Depth of focus was one kilometer. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
