3.2-magnitude quake jolts Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte

PASUQUIN, Ilocos Norte (Eagle News) – A 3.2-magnitude earthquake jolted the town of Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte on Wednesday. The quake was recorded at 9:43 a.m., 32 kilometers north of Pasuquin. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the earthquake has a depth of 27 kilometers and is of tectonic origin. Higher penalties approved in House for those who will not sing the national anthem properly

QUEZON City, Philippines – The House of Representatives has approved on third and final reading the proposed imposition of higher penalties for the improper singing of the National Anthem.
