(Eagle News)–Former National Youth Commission Chair Ronald Cardema on Wednesday, Aug. 21, claimed  he paid a congresswoman P2 million so Commission on Elections Commissioner Rowena Guanzon would vote to accredit the Duterte Youth party-list. Comelec cancels Cardema’s nomination bid for Duterte Youth representative

(Eagle News)–The Commission on Elections First Division has cancelled the nomination of former National Youth Commission chair Ronald Cardema as representative of the Duterte Youth party-list.
