MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Education has declared that there will be “no classes” in all school levels in Metro Manila and 15 provinces in Luzon. There will be no classes in the following areas: Zambales Bataan Pampanga Tarlac Nueva Ecija Bulacan Rizal Province Cavite Province Laguna Quezon, including Polilo Island Batangas Mindoro provinces Camarines Norte Marinduque Pangasinan National Capital Region
