Several MRT3 passengers unloaded after train experiences technical problem
(Eagle News) — Several passengers of the Metro Rail Transit 3 were unloaded on Thursday after a train experienced a technical problem. The Department of Transportation said in a tweet that the passengers had to get off Quezon Ave. at 5:37 a.m. The DOTr said the train that experienced the problem was removed without replacement and a cancellation of loops and insertion were made. The MRT management apologized for the inconvenience.
Around 900 passengers unloaded after MRT-3 train suffers glitch anew
(Eagle News) — Around 900 passengers were unloaded from a Metro Rail Transit-3 train on Wednesday morning. The Department of Transportation said the passengers had to be dropped off at the Guadalupe Station at 8:40 a.m. It said this was after the train encountered an electrical failure, among others.
