Former Malabon vice mayor appointed as DSWD undersecretary

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed a former Malabon vice mayor at the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Mark Allan Jay Yambao, who served as Malabon vice mayor from 1995 to 2004, will serve as undersecretary of the agency. His appointment paper was signed by President Duterte on Tuesday, Jan. 15.
