Kentex subcontractor to pay Php 8.3 million

Kentex violated Labor Code, according to DOLE

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to the initial investigation of the Department of Labor and Employment, Kentex Manufacturing made use of an unregistered sub-contractor to provide workers for its warehouse which burned down in the Valenzuela City.
