QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Kerwin Espinosa on Monday (January 23) attended the hearing conducted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding the death of his father, the late Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa in his prison cell last year. The younger Espinosa filed a supplemental complaint affidavit against the police belonging to the raiding team as a private complainant.
