MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) Davao City on Monday, September 26, once again won the Presidential Award for the most child-friendly city. The Presidential award was granted for the fifth time this year after Davao City won the same award in 1998, 1999, 2013 and 2014. President Rodrigo Duterte personally presented the award to the officials of Department of Social Welfare and Development-Davao in Malacañang.
