(Eagle News)–Senator Cynthia Villar remains the richest lawmaker in the Upper House, based on her recently filed Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth. Villar’s  P3,534, 412,797 trumps the  P3,005, 808,000 of legendary boxer Senator Manny Pacquiao, who came in second place.
