QUEZON City, Philippines — Sisimulan na ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ang pagpapatupad ng “oplan baklas” o pagtatanggal ng mga campaign poster na wala sa designated areas at lumalabag sa iba pang patakaran. THE Commission on Elections first division unanimously denied the four disqualification cases filed against presidential candidates Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte for lack of merit. The disqualification cases were separately filed by broadcasters Ruben Castor, Rizalito David, Ely Pamatong and John Paulo Delas Nieves.
