METRO Manila, Philippines – In our public service announcement, the number coding scheme will be suspended on Monday, February 8 due to the Chinese New Year, which was declared by the Malacañang as a special non-working holiday. The Department of Labor and Employment reminded employers in the private sector to follow the pay rules during the said holiday.
