(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Catanduanes early Monday, Feb. 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 5:30 a.m. The epicenter was 72 kilometers northeast of Gigmoto. The depth of focus was 25 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.

4.2-magnitude quake strikes off Catanduanes
(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Catanduanes on Tuesday, Sept. 8. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 5:02 p.m., had its epicenter 87 kilometers southeast of Baras. It had a depth of three kilometers. The quake was also of tectonic origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
3.4-magnitude quake hits Catanduanes
(Eagle News)–A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck Catanduanes on Saturday, Sept. 21. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 9 kilometers northeast of Panganiban at 8:24 a.m. Depth of focus was 11 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
3.0-magnitude quake hits Catanduanes
(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Catanduanes on Sunday, May 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 24 kilometers southeast of Virac. The depth of focus of the quake was 49 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
