Nina grounds 876 passengers, triggers power outages in Calabarzon
CAMP VICENTE LIM, Calamba City Dec. 26 (PNA) — Due to typhoon Nina’s flogging of the Calabarzon Region overnight Sunday to Monday, around 876 passengers were stranded in the Batangas and had to spend Christmas Day at the ports.
