House approves proposed BBL on third and final reading

(Eagle News) — The House of Representatives on Wednesday, May 30, approved on third and final reading a proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law. The substitute to House Bill 6475 was approved on third reading since it was certified as urgent by President Rodrigo Duterte.
