Tropical Depression “Usman” further slows down

(Eagle News) — Tropical Depression “Usman” has slowed down as it moved westward and closer to Eastern Samar. (Eagle News) — Typhoon “Man-Yi” continues to intensify as it prepares to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday night, Nov. 24, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. TD “Samuel” leaves PAR

(Eagle News) — Tropical Depression “Samuel” is now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said “Samuel” left PAR at 6 p.m. and is now heading towards the direction of southern Vietnam. “This weather disturbance is no longer affecting any part of the country,” PAGASA said. According to PAGASA, sea travel, however, is “risky” over the seaboards of northern Luzon because of the surge of the northeast monsoon.
