Cloudy skies to prevail in parts of PHL today, Aug. 15

(Eagle News)–The southwest monsoon continues to affect the western sections of Northern and Central Luzon on Thursday, Aug. 15. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will therefore have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
