Incoming AFP chief warns soldiers involved in illegal drugs
QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Ricardo Bisaya warned soldiers involved in illegal drugs – whether user or distributor – will face severe penalties if such was proven. He added that the AFP will support PNP’s campaign against illegal drugs and has already laid down plans regarding the anti-illegal drug campaign.
