(Eagle News) — Baguio City experienced its lowest temperature this amihan or northeast monsoon season. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said temperature in the city in Benguet dropped to 9.4° Celsius on Thursday, Feb. 21.
