(Eagle News)–The Department of Justice has cleared Trece Martires, Cavite Mayor Melandres De Sagun of the murder of Vice Mayor Alexander Lubigan. (Eagle News)–Police on Wednesday, July 11, recovered the vehicle allegedly used by suspects in the killing of Trece Martires, Cavite Vice Mayor Alexander Lubigan. A police report said the Maragondon municipal police recovered the metallic black or dark green Toyota Hilux on the Mabacao-Pantihan Bridge in Barangay Tulay B at 6:55 a.m. The suspects had reportedly planned to dispose of the vehicle, which had no plate number nor conduction sticker, off the cliff.
