(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Agusan del Norte on Monday, Sept. 9. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 15 kilometers southeast of Remedios Romualdez at 11:14 a.m. Depth of focus was 13 kilometers.
