Benjamin Madrigal is the next Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Madrigal, the commander of Eastern Mindanao Command  based in Davao City, will assume the post on December 12. Monthly pension of war vets increased to P20,000 under approved Senate bill
