Duterte visits wounded soldiers in Sulu

  (Eagle News)– President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday (October 31) flew to Jolo, Sulu  to visit eight soldiers wounded in action. The soldiers were hurt in recent firefights against Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) and were brought to a hospital in Camp Teodulfo Bautista. Duterte gave each of them P100,000 in cash and a Glock pistol. The eight soldiers were also awarded with Wounded Personnel Medal each.
