(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Monday, June 10. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 103 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 6:08 a.m. Depth of focus was 37 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 116 kilometers southwest of Sabtang at 5:59 p.m. Depth of focus of the quake, which was tectonic in origin, was 35 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
