(Eagle News) — The senators of the 17th Congress pose for a picture on Tuesday, June 4, as the 17th Congress adjourns. There are several who are leaving the Senate: Gringo Honasan, Antonio Trillanes IV, Francis Escudero, Bam Aquino, JV Ejercito and Loren Legarda. Of these, two have been elected to other government positions: Escudero as governor of Sorsogon, and Legarda as Antique representative. Five made their valedictory speeches on Tuesday.
