MANILA, Philippines – According to Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma, President Benigno S. Aquino III already signed the executive order that will implement the first part of the SSL-4 which will augment the salaries of government employees. Coloma added that the President signed said Executive Order after arriving from the US-ASEAN Summit.
