(Eagle News) — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Wednesday, April 20. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 5:20 a.m. The epicenter was 226 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 141 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
